3.2. Refund and Rescheduling Policy for Services

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. You may transfer your session to a new date once without additional charge if the request is received in the required timeframe. Due to the customized nature of live guidance sessions, no refunds are available once a session is confirmed. This policy ensures that each session remains tailored and committed to your goals.

4. Info Products

CalmsNewPro provides downloadable digital relaxation guides and online courses (“Info Products”).

4.1. Access and Use

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the digital content through a secure link.

4.2. Refund Policy for Info Products

We offer a 14-day refund period starting from the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. After the 14-day period, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

5. Goods

5.1. Shipping and Delivery

5.2. Returns and Refunds for Goods
